AZUR CRUISE (ILE AUX CERF)
Navigate to the rhythm of a gentle wind and cross the historic Vieux Grand Port Bay, famous for the battle of 1810 between the English and the French. The first stop will take you to the mouth of Grand River South East and waterfalls. During your trip, looks at the contrast of colors that nature surrounding. Admire the beautiful mountains and lush surroundings before reaching its destination. The speed boat will stop in Deer Island for lunch BBQ fish and grilled chicken drink accompanies dancers Mauritian Sega music, you can swim or snorkel, Especially children can have fun on the beach. PASSIONS OF THE DEEP SEA
Whether a beginner or an expert, you can enjoy catching a Blue Marlin, a Dorado or other big fish under the supervision of experienced skippers. The modern boats designed for deep-sea fishing are well equipped.Minimum hire time is 6 hours and a boat can be shared by up to three anglers. Boats operate from the North, West and East coast.
THE CROWN LODGE – Horse racing at the Champ de Mars
For horseracing fans, or for an exhilarating experience, a day at the Champ de Mars is a must (on Saturdays or sometimes Sundays from May to November). Watch the eight races from a box on the VIP balcony in front of the finish post, where you are entertained by a horse racing specialist and enjoy betting facilities.
CATAMARAN CRUISES – (TO ILE AUX CERF)
Departure at Pointe Jerome & proceed to the boat by “navette” Welcome by the Skipper & boarding of the boat Juice is served. The catamaran leaves and sails toward GRSE’S Waterfall snorkeling, then visit Waterfall by “navette”. BBQ served on board during the journey; arrive at ile aux Cerf approximately two hours at leisure. Catamaran leaves Ile Aux Cerf arrives back at Point Jerome. Menu: Smoked Marlin Mousse, Fish & Chicken B.B.Q served with Rice salad/potato salad/ Cruditees
